Says you. Last year I would have said that writing a book isn’t that big of a deal. It’s just a little time consuming. Well I am here to tell you that it’s more than just time consuming. It’s a lot of work.
I am just closing the final aspects of my first book to be published and in retrospect it wasn’t that horrible of an ordeal. I figured that a second book would equally as much effort so I went for it.
Now on my second book, I am realizing that I had it easy for the first. Due to delays and other problems on behalf of the publisher finishing in time for each deadline was a breeze. They kept pushing things back so I had an extra week here and there. Not so much on this second book. I am here wondering how I am going to get all this written in such a short time.
Know that putting a book together is more than just writing. Sure, I have to get a little over 80 pages written every three weeks. But I also have to take the necessary screenshots, relate thoughts between chapters (that haven’t been written yet), and edit existing chapters. All this while also handling two other jobs.
Perhaps that is the kicker here… I am trying to write a book while handling two other jobs. I think I should consider a break after all of this. lol.
Oh – and stay tuned for release information regarding book number one. I was told it would be coming out in about 3-4 weeks. Although, I don’t see how the publisher is going to get everything completed for that release. Thank goodness I am not a publisher. ha.

so soon? Great. I will have to get hold of a copy. Also, if you ever need Guinea Pigs for your next book, I am here
.
I know how busy things can get. I have had the last 2 months full up and I have like 1 week left of it. The 7 weeks free time. Well, good luck with writing your next book, and I hope your first is a great success.
