Holy cow that's a great price. A house like that here would start at 400,000. Too bad I can't move just yet. I need to wait until the company is ready to go out to California. I'm looking forward to that.

The house I have now is 1 story, 2 bed, 2 bath, everything new 6 years ago, 1/3 acre of land for about $280,000. See the difference in pricing? Crazy. hehe.

HOURLY? hehe.
20 minutes from London sounds great. You'd probably get a great price for your house... but that would be offset by the high price of the new home. I have the exact opposite problem.

Oh.. and that house I went to look at is already under contract to be sold to someone else. I could make an offer, but it wouldn't be a really low offer so it's not worth it.

I'll just keep looking.

Holy crap! That's expensive. My garden is pretty small so it wouldn't cost that much. Well it wouldn't cost me anything... I get to squat here for free. lol.

My parents were looking at a new place a while back but the house prices here are crazy. I think that’s why so many people are renting out their houses where I live. They eventually earn the money and seeing as my town is pretty commercial, lots of business going in and out, more people want to live here. Only 30 miles from London as well so that’s only 20 mins on the train.

Hope you find a house you like!
Hey! This was a good way of getting away from my revision for a few minutes. You should blog hourly. lol.
