No, this is not a post about drugs. If that’s what you thought, then turn right around and head back through the door in which you came.
This is a post about dealing with a yard that doesn’t want my help. A yard that doesn’t mind looking green as long as that green is coming from some sort of weed.
So, I looked through my yard a couple weeks ago and saw that I can’t stop the crab grass. I called for help and was told that crab grass is annual (will die each year) and it’s too late to do anything now. Instead I will have to wait until next year.
Well I got news for you.. there is something you can do. You can literally rip up your entire yard are start fresh. I borrowed a tiller and rented a roller. Now part of my yard is nothing but dirt.
Uhmm… the problem is that I am using new muscles. hehe. I feel like I was just beat on by a gang or something. whew.
