I can now say with confidence that ATT is not as bad as they once were. Well done. And if you work for ATT, don't think this means you can slack off. I said you were better, I did not say you were the best.

I am a firm believer that the iPhone is only as sucessful as it is now because of the fact that it was hacked to allow for the production of custom applications. I am talking long before there were even words of an App Store on our lips. I bought my iPod Touch for the very purpose of using some of the amazing apps I had seen advertised, as well as the fact that my first gen nano's battery was only holding charge for a few hours.

I own the 3G and it's so good. I don't want to say that I couldn't live without it, but the app store has made me rely on my phone alot. I use it for everything and I really like how well it works. I can even dock it into my car and play music.

It's definaty not the phone for everyone, but I think Apple are genuinely trying to make it as appealing as they can. Heck, it worked for me. lol.
